Fitness Training Session

1 on 1 Video Sessions

  • Either 2x or 3x per week

  • Each session is 1 hour long

  • Packages are 12-weeks, 24-weeks, and 52-weeks

  • Price starts at $50/session but goes down with longer commitments, lump sum payments, and increased session frequency 

  • Also, you'll get the items that are included in my online training 

Personal training session

Accountability Package

  • Help set goals 

  • Tailor a workout program 

  • Biweekly phone/video calls to go over your thoughts on your workouts

  • Help with mobility and pain reduction 

  • Provide access to an app that assists with your workout plans and allows for you to monitor nutrition 

  • Nutrition guidance

  • Price starts at $185/month for biweekly video calls and 4-week program design but goes down with longer commitments or lump sum payments

Why Choose Me?

I am an Army veteran who worked in special operations and spent time overseas. Additionally, I'm finishing up a BS in Kinesiology at Purdue University, am a National Academy of Sports Medicine - Certified Personal Trainer, and plans to become a Sports Certified Physical Therapist through Ohio State University. I design the workout programs and coach clients through both 1 on 1 video sessions and through periodic reviews, whatever matches your goals and vision for your fitness journey.
